Our PREMA Softgum Line contains a wide range of tyre repair materials. One of the highlights of PREMA Softgum Line is a laminated soft rubber patch. It offers excellent properties, it is easy to apply and it even equalizes tolerances on the buffered surface. You can use our Softgum Line patches for tubes, passenger car tyres, truck tyres and farm tractor tyres.

PREMA products for retread repairs
You can use our PREMA products for retread repairs for warm and hot vulcanization within the retreading process. Beware: These patches must be applied using the black solution of our retread system and they have to be laminated before installation. The high manufacturing quality of the radial retread guarantees easy installation and optimum force transmission of the retreaded tire under dynamic conditions.

Tyre damage on the road? The next repair workshop is safely in reach with PREMA. We offer you rubber- and fiber-reinforced repair strips to fill stab injuries in all tubeless tyres. These products are suitable only for installation in combination with PFC, PCO and PCT. They do not provide a permanent tyre repair but a temporary solution that works safely until the tyre can be properly repaired in a full-service facility.

PREMA rubber products
Fast and easy tyre repair with PREMA vulcanizing rubbers – our portfolio includes products for hot and cold vulcanization. PREMA cushion gums PVG and PRVG have to be used exclusively in heat curing systems under application of PREMA black vulcanizing cement. The curing temperature must be 100°C. PREMA A&B compound however is a simple and easy to prepare two-part rubber compound that already cures at room temperature. It is the perfect solution for minor blemishes around the bead area of the tyre.
